As a Psychologist, my commitment is to work collaboratively with you to help you become the best version of yourself. We will work together to uncover your unique strengths and how we can use them to get you on a path towards success. I believe that with willingness and active participation, all clients have the potential to learn and use skills to shape behaviors to make the their desired changes in life. I also believe in a solution-focused approach and target my therapeutic interventions to be goal-directed and future-oriented.

I specialize in working with teens and adults. I use evidence-based treatment methods, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I also believe in a solution-focused approach and target my therapeutic interventions to be goal-directed and future-oriented. In addition, I like to focus on and address your current symptoms that interfere with living your best life.
